ABOUT THE FARM

Producer Leon Christianakis produces high quality coffee in the Karatu region of Tanzania. His farms are located at an altitude of 1750m to 1950m and harvesting takes place in November 2022. The production process includes a careful selection of ripe cherries, followed by an open fermentation and washing process. The coffee is sun-dried to a suitable moisture content. Leon's dedication to excellence is reflected in every cup of coffee it produces.
