ABOUT THE FARM

Karatu brings together coffees from several farms in Tanzania, grown between 1,750 and 1,950 metres.

Behind it is Leon Christianakis, who selects the ripe cherries, controls the fermentation and dries the coffee in the sun until it's just right.

There's no single star farm here. It's Leon conducting the orchestra so that several harvests end up sounding like one.
