SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

All products have a detailed file, which includes a description of the product and its price, which does not include applicable taxes (IGIC) or shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount due. Once the purchase order has been completed, and before making the payment for the order, a final summary will be presented identifying the item(s) purchased and their total price where the taxes (IGIC) will be detailed.

Canary Islands: fixed cost of €16.50

RETURNS

If the customer is not satisfied with his product, the maximum period to request a return is stipulated in 7 business days from the receipt of the order. In this case the shipping and collection costs will be borne by the customer.

Before making said return, the customer must contact our sales department within the indicated period by e-mail info@dorigencoffee.es , or telephone 966 10 43 85. Where we will indicate how to proceed with the return. No return will be made that has not been previously communicated.

To be able to accept the return, the product and its packaging must be in perfect condition, as well as keep all its accessories and original documentation. The item to be returned must be properly packaged for its return.

https://www.dorigencoffee.es will not refund the amount or make any reshipment of merchandise until the receipt and condition of the product, packaging and accessories of the item subject to return or exchange have not been verified.

The price to be returned is the one that originally appeared in the order and the amount will be refunded according to the method of payment made by the customer.

Original defective product:

Once https://www.dorigencoffee.es receives the defective product, it will send you another one. In this case, the change will always be made for the same article or reference. You will only be billed for the first shipment, with https://www.dorigencoffee.es taking charge of the postage corresponding to the return and new shipment. If you wish to make an exchange for another item, the return and new shipping costs will not be assumed by https://www.dorigencoffee.es .

Product that, by mistake, does not respond to the order:

https://www.dorigencoffee.es will bear the costs of collecting the wrong product and delivery of the corresponding to the order placed.

SAFEGUARD CLAUSE

All the clauses or extremes of these general conditions must be interpreted independently and autonomously, the rest of the stipulations not being affected in the event that one of them has been declared NULL by a final judicial sentence. The contracting parties agree to replace the clause or clauses affected by another or others that preserve the effects pursued by the parties.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

MAHOGANY ENTERPRISES, SL is not responsible for the non-execution of these conditions in case of force majeure, as defined by the Spanish courts and in the event of the client's fault or an unforeseeable event by a person outside the contract.

For any divergence caused by the breach of the purchase-sale conditions, the two parties will expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of Las Palmas, except for what is established in the consumer regulations, waiving theirs if it were another.
