RETURNS

Mahogany Enterprises SL is only responsible for returns previously consulted (info@dorigencoffee.es) and made within 7 business days after receipt.

Do not accept any defective packages due to handling during transport.

To return an order, it must be in perfect condition and be accompanied by the purchase invoice. It is very important that the returned products are perfectly packaged. In the event that the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, the return will not be accepted.

In all returns, the value of the order will be paid except for the costs of return and associated services. In the case of defective products or erroneous shipments, all expenses will be borne by us.

Any return that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.


ORDER RETURN PROCEDURE

STEP 1

The user must contact D•Origen Coffee Roasters at info@dorigencoffee.es and communicate the items they wish to return.

You must indicate "RETURN" as the subject and provide us with the order number, name, invoice number and telephone number.

STEP 2

Collection of the product. In the case of a return due to shipping errors or other causes attributable to us, the collection will be made at no cost to the customer. In all other cases, the customer will bear the return costs.

STEP 3

Once the material is received in perfect condition in our warehouse, with its original packaging and invoice, the payment of the product will be managed.
