Black Diamond comes from Las Lajas, a family farm that has been growing coffee for 80 years and today works with organic and regenerative agriculture.

They look after the soil, the biodiversity and every part of the crop so the coffee reaches the cup with more life. The Black Honey process keeps all the pulp in contact with the bean, and you can taste it in the sweetness, the texture and the depth.

A filter coffee with character that never feels heavy.

IN THE CUP

The enveloping texture recalls butter, grapefruit brings the livelier side and cane sugar leaves a long, clean finish.

A juicy cup with weight and plenty of depth. It starts fresh and ends more indulgent.

ABOUT THE FARM

Las Lajas is a family farm with 80 years of history in Costa Rica.

For generations they have grown coffee with an eye not only on the harvest, but on the land that sustains it. They use compost, shade trees and practices that help restore the soil and protect biodiversity.

They were pioneers of regenerative organic certification in the country. A way of working that aims to leave the farm in better shape for the next harvest than it was for the last.

Here coffee starts well before the cherry is picked. It starts by looking after the place it comes from.
